A Note From Lisa
My 18-year-old self would truly not believe that I have taken this leap to allow for me to be home with my children. Yes! I have taken that big step and I have left my corporate career and I am now teaching others all about creating customer experiences.
I started customercarechannel.com in 2024 as a passion, to share my knowledge with business owners all around the world. From experiencing retail, salons, market stalls, pubs and the corporate world, I have a wide range of experience with all types of customers. I was constantly reminded that customers were only the customer service departments problem – AND I knew this was SERIOUSLY not the case!
Between me and you, having exceptional customer experiences and being a customer focused business from within every team is essential in order to become a business which is at the top of its game.
And this is still very important if you are a one person business!
Being an escalation point for customers I learnt alot about prevention, as no one likes to attend a call where a customer tells you how everything has gone wrong (even when it wasn’t even you on the project).
I thought to myself, “Why are we cleaning up the mess, we should be preventing it before it happens?” And so, the Customer Care Channel was born.
Now, as a Customer Experience Coach, I would like to teach as many business owners as possible to create beautiful customer experiences from the ground up, reduce customer complaints and improve their customers satisfaction as a consequence of the method.
Iβd like to give a quick βthank youβ to my family, friends and former colleagues for supporting my journey (even though some can’t quite believe that I left my career behind). And a special, special thank you to you for reading this today!
